I received superior attention to the room I had booked. all credit to the hotel staff. My room inwardly unbeatable, the rest of the hotel facilities is standard.
Very well located hotel. Very comfortable, with Gym, Pool, bar and cafeteria for breakfast. Free coffee for the am. It has a Business Centre with computers and you can buy some food and drinks to go. For us it was our base the first week when we arrived in Houston. It is in a perfect location next to Highway 59, near Rice Villagra and Medical Center and close to La Galleria. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very good and big beds, very good bathroom, spacious room.
bed and bedding / refrigerator / silent air conditioning / free parking for vehicles / good internet / quick check in and check out / receive amazon products without charge
Besides the location (next to the Toyota Arena, ideal to attend an NBA game), the variety and quality of the breakfast and also the Papassitos restaurant/canteen were excellent (although not cheap).
The service was wonderful. My suitcase was late and everyone was looking after it. Jose had a nice conversation with me and his attention was the greatest thing that got me out of this hotel. I wish you a great future.
Excellent location. All the personnel willing to solve any situation and give you information to enjoy the city. The Einstein store inside the hotel is an excellent resource to buy food at an affordable cost.
Excellent location. We loved it. It's close to everything, including La Galeria shopping center. I also liked the garden near the pool. Galveston beach was very nice.
It has a very nice outdoor swimming pool. The rooms are very big and most of them have a kitchenette, which is appreciated especially if you stay with children. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. The room have a coffee machine to prepare coffee or the courtesy. Every night they bring you bottles of water when they do the night service.
I love the decoration of the hotel, its cleanliness, its staff always very attentive and friendly, the buffet is very rich, the girls in the lobby did me the favor of printing some tickets, and always have a good attitude.
Large comfortable beds, soft pillows, excellent air conditioning, large bathtub, proper cleaning. If you go to work, Energy Corridor perfect. Rich and varied breakfast. Private parking.
The attention of all the staff in general, from the reception to the cleaning staff. But I would like to highlight in particular for their attention to Mrs. Wilma and Mrs. Maria and Mr. Edil and Mr. Abel who are in charge of the restaurant . The rooms are really spacious and comfortable. Given the high temperatures, the pool was an escape from the heat of the time.
breakfast and location. I also liked the airport connection very much, practical. I would rather have a full explanation of the airport connection, we were a bit lost at first.
If you go to the mall the hotel has an excellent location (you only have to cross the street). The room was spacious and quite comfortable, the bed like clouds. The staff was very attentive and polite. especially a new girl at the reception! very friendly,
What I liked the most was the excellent staff. They were always ready to help. The room was just as in the photos, we had everything we needed, dark enough to sleep well, a super comfortable bed, large shower. The air conditioning works perfectly well, which is very important for those who travel in summer.
The location is good, it is in a central area. A bit far from the George Bush airport, but I wanted to get to know the museum area a bit better and the downtown Houston area seemed very good. Would recommend staying several nights to visit museums. Good restaurants nearby. Don't forget to bring a lock to keep your things safe!
