The rooftop terrace was a highlight of my stay at Le Meridien Visconti. The panoramic view of the city skyline was absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. It provided a perfect backdrop for enjoying a drink and soaking in the ambiance of Rome. The hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to all the major attractions. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met during my stay. I would highly recommend Le Meridien Visconti for a memorable experience in Rome.

The Visconti palace hotel is much more of a "business" hotel than a one suitable for a vacation. Yes, it's clean and esthetic and the rooms are quite comfortable with everything you need (they give you a bottle of mineral water per day – and that’s the only thing you'll get for free btw, every other little thing will cost you a fortune). Most of the hotel staff is quite simpatico (especially fabio & the guy from frascati !) The morning buffet is quite rich. Its 15 minutes from the center by foot, so you'll never need a Bus\Tram.
1.Some of the staff at the reception are not service oriented to say the least (question's like where\how\if, were responded with an ugly attitude – and we speak Italian). 2.Wifi in the lobby is not free – you have 30 minutes of free internet per day, every minute beyond that will cost you. 3.The bar closes around 23:30, we never saw the bar on the roof active& they also take the chairs away around 23-22:00. 4.Prices at the bar are outrages.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is situated in the quiet and beautiful Prati area, away from the touristy crowds but still close to all the major attractions. We were just a short distance away from the Vatican and Castle Sant Angelo. The hotel itself offers clean and spacious rooms, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels we've stayed at in this city. The staff also deserves a special mention. From the front desk to the maids, restaurant staff, and bell boys, everyone was outstanding and provided us with exceptional service.
