The staff was outstandingly accommodating providing the information. The location seemed marvellous close to centre for walking. Moreover, it was near grocery stores, pubs and restaurants and central downtown Canmore shops.
Their staff were completely unprofessional.

Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I would return anytime. The hotel was clean and intimate, had breathtaking views of the mountains. I was very happy with the caring staff and their very good service. King suite was stocked and the food was outstanding. The location was exceptionally nice and unbeatable for traveling around Canmore, just off Canmore than Banff/Lake Louise area which is COVERED up in tourists as well as the pub for a drink. Also, Bow Valley Provincial Park was at a short distance.
Their staff were indifferent.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location in the mountains was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the rooms, which were also incredibly comfortable with super comfy beds. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with special touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the value for money was excellent, with breakfast included in the rate and generous portions at the Miners restaurant.
All was well during my stay.
