Food was great and I stayed in the a double room, it was brand-new.

The location of The Sultan Hotel & Residence was excellent for attending the exhibition. I was able to easily access the venue and explore the surrounding area. The check-in and check-out staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay hassle-free. The beddings were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room itself was quite spacious with a large window, allowing for natural light to brighten up the space. I had a decent experience during my short trip in Jakarta.

The staff were lovely friendly, STYLISH hotel. Spotless and huge room, with well maintained old furnitures and mini-bar was provide free of charge, for instance, good value compared to other hotels.

Stylish and ideal hotel, pretty friendly staff, liked amazing location close to the underground tunnel which has the walking escalator and businesses & shopping malls and jcc / central jakarta. The room was big and the view of the garden was good. The pool was good and I had complementary drinks in the salad bar. Had the option to leave my car onsite. My stay was fine here.

The bed in my room was comfortable and I had a nice view. Despite the hotel's age, it did not impact my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The room had a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city skyline. The gym and swimming pool were both top quality facilities. The hotel's location was convenient and close to many restaurants and shops, which made finding food and activities quite easy.

The room was outdated and could use some renovations to update the furniture. The breakfast buffet was not up to the standard that I expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel located in the heart of this city. The biggest suite room ever with balconies, amazing bed, and noise cancellation. The breakfast choices were excellent, a variety of options from local to Western food. We loved the attached large garden and the friendly and helpful reception staff.
