Convenient location close to tourist attractions such as the Museo del Barro. It was a great decision to have lunch at Sushi Pop, just 400 feet away from here. 🍣

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived, providing excellent recommendations and assisting with any requests. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean...  

very good location... great bar upstairs with a view. After checking out you could take a shower upstairs in the spa area.

Actually, just a little something:. You couldn't read the printout of the receipt at the bar. So "blind" signature. Cappuccino at breakfast is not good. You should do better in Sheraton

The staff was very helpful. It was my first time in Asuncion and they were very helpful.

There was construction going on. This is never good but they made a good thing out of a potentially bad thing. Also, as a business traveler, I would have liked to known that 2 of the 3 nights I was there, there were graduation parties or programs with lots of people milling around the front. Not sure I would have chosen to stay during these events.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful during our stay. Being guests with disabilities, they went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay comfortable. The facilities and amenities provided were also very accommodating for individuals with disabilities.

Best Things to be Thankful for on this Trip! The friendly staff was the highlight of this place: they went out of their way to make our stay really pleasant. We got an amazing discount on delicious food at the restaurant and sampled the Turkish bath for free. Plus, the location was perfect – everything we needed was within walking distance.
