The natural surroundings of the hotel were calming and quiet. The hotel facilities were well-maintained with a beautiful garden and pool. Our room had a charming veranda with fantastic views of the Annapurna range.
Some of the hotel staff lacked customer service skills and we were put off by their disinterest.

The pool was lovely and the garden — beautiful.

Hotel was large and deluxe. We appreciated the convenience of the deluxe king room, as well as a private safe, a cable TV with on-demand movies and a writing desk. Nothing too much trouble, we will be back if in Pokhara.

The hotel had a nice garden and the rooms were spacious. It was also located in a peaceful area that allowed us to relax. The staff were friendly and always willing to help which made our stay comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and it was difficult to find a place to sit. Also, the quality of the food was not that great which was disappointing. Additionally, the shuttle service to the main area was not always reliable and the timing was not flexible which made it difficult for us to plan our days. our xmas experience was not as great as we had hoped.

Beautiful garden and landscaping, fruit-bearing trees, breathtaking view from balcony, clean room, complimentary tea and coffee, refreshing swimming pool.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

At this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were greeted with a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a serene pond. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, providing us with the utmost relaxation after our adventurous Anapurna trek. We were delighted to indulge in a fresh cappuccino that was simply to die for, especially after weeks of Nescafe.

I had a really peaceful stay with beautiful gardens and fresh cappuccinos. The room was comfortable with an amazing balcony view of the mountains. The swimming pool was also clean and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff were cooperative and the breakfast was delicious.
Not obvious to find.

During my Xmas vacation, I had a comfortable experience staying in a beautiful and welcoming hotel. The staff was friendly and always made sure that I had everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed the amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the well-maintained gardens of the hotel. the hotel's shuttle service to nearby attractions was very convenient and saved me a lot of time.
The internet speed in the room was not up to my expectations and needs improvement. I would have appreciated having a coffee maker or cafetiere in my room to start my day with a warm cup of coffee.
