The hotel was unique and fairly clean, everything was excellent. The whole room was large with kettle, a microwave & kettle, as for instance. Location: the venue was next to lakes, other restaurants, and a floating bridge. It also was on the lake. We ate at the attached restaurant.

The hotel was located just off the lake which was spectacular and An RESTAURANT. The beds were big, I slept well. I liked the amazing view. The staff was affable, they blew my mind.

Terrific service at all times. A fireplace, central heating and a seating area available in the tent. Location so close to the Sunshine coast, the Ruby lake, and the next located restaurant.

Overall it was exceptionally clean with a microwave & kettle. The staff were accommodating in the whole hotel. The location was marvellous and peaceful, just next door to the hill from the shared shower/washrooms for the Safari tents, the Skookumchuck bakery and wildlife.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with the kitchenette, the bed was very comfy. The staff were very nice and pleasant and the location was beautiful 80 to 200 yards.

The location was stunning, with beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful lagoon nearby. I enjoyed the natural surroundings and the chance to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great service throughout my stay. The food served in the restaurant was delicious and presented beautifully. it was a delightful experience.
That the restaurant was closed on certain days, which was not specified on the website. It would have been helpful to have this information in advance.

The location was spectacular and marvellous, right by the rainforest bordering the lagoon and a sanctuary, appreciated this place. The employees were caring and amiable and kept it all clean. The standard cottage I got was included with kettle, a microwave plus the attention to details.
