I liked to be here, everything was perfect. The rooms were all functional and tastefully decorated with ceiling windows and lovely bathroom, for instance. It had absolutely perfect and magnificent location near Izaak Synagogue. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from center. The venue had an EXCELLENT restaurant for breakfast.

We liked this wonderful hotel with very pleasant staff at the reception desk. Booked triple room, that was provided with balcony and a garden, for instance. Distance to the airport was just 16 miles.
There was a bit too soft bed in my room.

Nothing too much trouble, we loved the place. The venue's position was central. We could drink something at Pod Pijanym Elfem, located 1 km away. The service was absolutely exceptional.

Reasonably clean accommodation, especially helpful staff at the reception desk. Magnificent and comfortable location very close to everything, and 15 minute walk from Main Square. Really close to old town/main square & Jewish quarter as well as the pedestrian area.

The property was modern with especially helpful staff at the reception desk, I enjoyed the stay. Central location adjacent to both the old town and Kazimierz from here, sightseeing and transport upon arrival, it was in a pedestrian area.
The bed was not very comfortable, that's my bad luck.

Excellent hotel. The designers seemed to have paid attention to every detail. My favorite element of the design were these little portholes on the bottom of the bathroom door that doubled as a night light if the bathroom light was on. The bed was also very comfortable, internet was free, a pretty decent breakfast at the beautiful hotel restaurant was included in the rate, and they also gave us two drink tickets when we checked-in, although we did not get a chance to use them as our stay in krakow was brief. The hotel staff was also very attentive and recommended some great places to eat and enjoy the evening. Given the convenient location five minutes between kazimierz and the old town, it was easy to get just about anywhere you'd want to go. Would definitely stay here again!

The restaurant was excellent with great food, we ordered amazing dishes. The bathroom was good, with a walk-in shower. The location was great and fantastic for exploring Krakow. Restaurant Krakoska Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
