I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience overall. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices in the area. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the clean and comfortable rooms with very comfortable beds and air conditioning to the Super-King bed which added an extra touch of luxury. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay, and I particularly appreciated the hotel's convenient location near a supermarket, which came in handy. Lastly, I cannot forget to mention the breakfast, which was truly delicious. From endless tea and coffee to cooked-to-order full English options, I definitely started my day off right.
All was impeccable, nothing to improve.

Loved the convenient location of the hotel, close to attractions and amenities. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable for a romantic getaway.- The staff were polite and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The service was slow, and the staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional. The food was mediocre and lacked variety.

I recently stayed at a hotel in South Wales and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with the hotel being situated right opposite the MacArthur Glen Pines retail park. This meant that I had easy access to a variety of designer outlet stores and could indulge in some shopping therapy. the hotel was also close to a shopping centre that had quality shops and a supermarket with a convenient petrol filling station.
If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the continental breakfast was slightly disappointing. However, this was a minor drawback and did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

The courtesy, attention to detail, cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism. The breakfast choice was excellent.
The associated Harvester Restaurant was a great disappointment. The fixtures and fittings were "tired" the salad bar was a mess and the salad not up to standard, but the attention of the staff could not be faulted.
