The breakfast was fantastic with a generous amount of food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent, right in the center, with a lovely view. Additionally, it's conveniently close to restaurants, bars, takeaways, subways.

Affable staff, wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Location very close to Tim Hortons', both Dunfermline centre and Edinburgh, and St Andrews close to FIFE COASTAL PATH for hiking tours. Also, in wonderful garden with super breakfast to boot.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the spotless cleanliness of the guest house. The effective insulation and double glazing provided a quiet and peaceful stay. The small touches in the room like complimentary drinks and a decent kettle were much appreciated. The hosts, Jim and Liz, were charming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast menu offered a wide range of options and the freshly cooked breakfasts were delicious. The excellent wifi in the room was an additional bonus.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location in beautiful gardens was just perfect for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The breakfast served here was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making us feel right at home. We had the pleasure of staying at a lovely guest house for two nights. The hosts, Liz and Jim, were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. Everything was impeccably clean, and they paid attention to every detail to ensure our comfort. We were even delighted to find a complimentary whisky in our room. The amenities were top-notch, and we couldn't find a single fault. Pitreavie Guest House truly sets the standard for B&Bs, and if we ever return to Scotland, it will be our first choice.

We stayed for 6 nights and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was freshly prepared and they even made tasty porridge. The location was perfect and peaceful, great for exploring Dunfermline. It was fairly quiet, right by the Dunfermline centre. this guest house was a great place for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Dunfermline.

I had a really good weekend away! Everything in the guest house was so modern, clean and the staff were so friendly! The location was amazing - just a short bus ride away from Edinburgh, which was really convenient and saved me the stress of driving. The breakfast was also delicious, with a lot of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the complimentary toiletries and refreshments in the room, which added a nice touch to my stay.
I can't actually think of anything I didn't like! The room was a bit small, but it had everything I needed and was really cozy.
