I had an amazing room with a sauna and personal butler during my stay.

Had a good sleep in the junior suite with 2 very spacious closets. the hotel's location was near the coral reef, Iguana Island, and the edge of Grace Bay where all the conch shells wash up. - the hotel offers a tennis court, bicycles, and a first-class spa. - the location was far enough to take a taxi over to.

Enjoyed exploring the area while staying here. the staff were super friendly and really on the ball, which made for a great experience. Loved how quickly they served up delicious drinks and lunches! 🌟

Had fantastic, fabulous room with fridge and microwave and champagne, for instance. The pool was well-maintained and I had good drinks in the swim-up bar.

It was a great spot for sightseeing, and I had a lot of fun interacting with the friendly and dedicated staff.

We loved the hot tub and infinity pool for sunset cocktails. The room was stunning with a spectacular view. Breakfast was good and the grounds were beautiful. The spa and fitness facilities were outstanding. The staff was well-trained and friendly. The beach was unparalleled with white powdered sand and turquoise water. It was the perfect oasis of calm.

breakfast was not very inspired and it lacked always the cold products that should be to stay in good condition. intention of the service in general is good but it is seen in the spirit of all something rigid and severe on the part of their managers, dynamics between guest and those who provide the service is not good, restaurants are really bad especially the one that they indicate as the best, is expensive because it is not good, if it was excellent one would pay with pleasure. this is not the case of this hotel. there are things that can not be bought as the good treatment, something that is missing in this hotel, should have better direction to provide a warm and natural, not forced and aggressive expressions of fatigue and even some distress, perhaps they pay little to workers or the treatment they have with workers is not good. If you know how to do yours, you'll have a good time. best part, beach and service, pool bar. They cook better than the great chef at the main restaurant. Palms is not recommended. Where you are waiting for you to leave, that's the feeling they generate. once you're gone, they relax, it would be nice if they were relaxed while you were there, nothing. It's just getting paid and then getting rid of the customer so the new prey can come.
