Especially welcoming staff and amazing breakfast.
Beautifully designed and pretty standard place with airy rooms. Breakfast for very good value. Magnificent location down the road in the grounds to the club house, excellent services and comfy bed. And close enough to the restaurant, a golf course and a nice garden.

Enjoyed this place, it was well-maintained. The atmosphere created was comfortable. The location was peaceful and easy for Cullompton, right by the garden, the restaurant and Padbrook Park. It made our trip to Cullompton a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The family room is tastefully decorated with coffe or tea, 2 very young children, balloons. Peaceful location as it's and short walk to the hotel's Ripleys restaurant which was surprisingly good, and the motorway junction.

We had a very good service, warm breakfast. Besides, we have parked on-site. Quiet and decent location, Exeter International airport was 25 km away. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a very comfortable area. The restaurant was convenient and its light dishes are to die for.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a quiet rural area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with one of the best showers I've ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast, although with minimal choice, was adequate. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near local attractions, perfect for families. I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian options in the restaurant on both Sunday night and the first night of my stay.
Like some other guests, I did notice a lack of concern regarding the heating issue in the bowls arena, which could have been better managed by the management.
