The beaches are fantastic for swimming. The city offers a mix of calm beaches, beautiful landscapes, and cultural activities. The hotel has a games room, luggage storage, and a fitness center.

Oh, and the view from my room? Just a concrete wall.

Breakfast was very poor. Rental price for a deposite box is anreasonable: 3 euros for a day with the condition that you can rent a box only for the hole period you stay in the hotel (not for days you want)

if person wants to find minus he/she always find it even in 5 star hotel) the location makes it amazing, room are big, i was in low season and it was lazy happy time, enjoy your stay wen your abroad) i would stay there forever and will do it next time

The position of the hotel great overlooking the beach. Road to cross.The lady who cleaned the room was very helpful and friendly.

No friendly greeting at reception or breakfast room. But staff were helpful if asked. We booked a room overlooking the beach but were sent to a room facing a brick wall. This was sorted quickly.

This hotel is perfectly situated, just opposite the beach and close to the town hall and orthopaedic shop in the heart of the town. The rooms are spacious and come with great amenities like a fridge...  

Very unpleasant breakfast staff. Absolutely horrible breakfast! Very little food, no tomatoes or any veg, old bread rolls, burnt coffee, no eggs. Nor reason to charge 120 Euro per night! We stayed in many hotels all over Europe and this one is just rubbish! No tea/coffee making facilities in the room or little fridge. Not sure why they have 4 stars! Looks good from the outside but outside only. Don't look under the beds:) It's very dustry over there! And you can hear people next door taking shower, bathing etc..what a jolly!

The location

I was part of a group of 12 young women and we were on a high at a Hen wknd and we were really put off by the whole place. The staff were extremely rude and the service was terrible, they do not know the meaning of customer service. Overall the whole resort of lloret de mar has a really bad attitude.

The staff were absolutely mind-blowing, going above and beyond to make our stay super memorable. From the friendly and professional reception staff to the amazing lady who cleaned our room and even tucked my granddaughter's teddy bear in bed each day - their attention to detail was jaw-dropping. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. The hotel location was great and they accommodated all of our additional requests, including extended checkout and late-night check-in. the hotel's understanding management and exceptional service left us with a fantastic experience.

I loved the hotel's location right on the beach, which made it so easy to take a dip in the sea whenever I wanted. The breakfast is one of the hotel's strong points, with a lot of variety and great quality. The staff is friendly and speaks multiple languages, which made me feel welcome. I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with a stunning view of the sea from my room. The staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. I also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was always nice and peaceful. The hotel had great amenities like a rooftop pool and fitness room. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We also enjoyed the boat excursion we took from across the street.

The TV only had Spanish channels and there was slow WiFi. The half-board option wasn't very good, as the hot food at dinner was often cold.

This place is amazing! The location is mind-blowing, right on the beach with a jaw-dropping sea view from the balcony. The hotel is super tidy and the rooms are made up every day. The staff is incredibly nice and takes care of the outside areas very well. The hot water in the showers is lovely and the breakfast is delicious. Plus, they gave me a room with a balcony for free! Definitely recommend staying here.
