Remote location, enjoyable base for discovering Kingsbridge. Stylish, huge unit with coffee and magnificent views across the English Channel plus a four poster bed.
No reception at all.

I appreciated really friendly and excellent employees!
The bed was extremely comfy and all in all the room was reasonably large and stylish. The hotel was placed in the remote location on the cliff overlooking Hope Cove. And it was also really close to the sea front over looking the beach, a beautiful coastline and the hill.

We recently stumbled upon this hidden gem nestled on the cliff top in a charming coastal town. The hotel boasts a picturesque location, with a lovely sitting area in the front gardens where we could relax and enjoy the view. The room was clean and well-appointed, with plenty of storage space and charming ornaments that added a homely touch. The breakfast was delicious, offering a piping hot spread that kept us fueled for the day ahead.
This meant that there wasn't much of an evening atmosphere, and we missed the convenience of having a drink on site.

Our queen room was new-fashioned. The bathroom we had included shower facilities and bath sheets and a bathtub.

The staffs were very very helpful and the service was very efficient. The room was good sized, and fashionable, with a balcony and tea-making facilities.

especially friendly hosts. location on the cliffs, 5 meters from the coastal footpath, is particularly rewarding here. house has apparently been renovated, taste has remained very english - but still rather inviting.
although i was asked by email for the arrival time and i answered with which bus i would arrive, i was not advised where to get off. that this was a real problem was well known (wrong stop meant 1km with my suitcase and a steep climb up the cliff). there i missed a little thinking.

The four-poster room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. The food served was excellent and the staff was efficient and friendly. The small indoor pool was a nice feature, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Meeting other guests and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere was a pleasant surprise.
The decor could be considered outdated, but it matched the overall theme of the hotel. Some guests had noise issues with certain rooms, which affected their sleep quality.
