Good value and well-kept hotel, exceptional rooms, bravo!

we were in sorrento for 5 days, had perfect 10/10 stay, the hotel was fairly clean with magnificent location down the hill. location: the venue was right by the mountains, the square and capri on a swmi private boat tour.

Friendly staff and family-run atmosphere. Spacious, clean room with amazing bay view. Lovely pool. Preferred location and atmosphere compared to more expensive hotels in town.

Smelly lift and in need of carpet replacement. Unwelcoming experience when visiting the pool at the sister hotel.

Location: 8-10 min shuttle ride to town. Shuttle schedule not convenient. Room: small, dirty shower upon arrival. Pool: nice but unheated in winter. Pillow request challenging. Breakfast: so-so. Dinner: poor, but great service.

Position right by piazza della vittoria and just a walk down to Sedile Dominova. We enjoyed johanna park. Sorrento City Centre district was worth visiting. Of course, we totally recommend it to friends...

The pool was lovely, varied breakfasts with unusual items in advance and halal option, as example. Location: the hotel was short walk to Naples as well as the center of town.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the city down below. The hotel also had a shuttle service which made it easy to get to town without having to worry about parking. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us plan our day excursions to Capri and Amalfi. The shuttle service down to the town of Sorrento was effective and they really tried to accommodate our special needs, e.g. later picking up time, lift to the station, etc. The quadruple room on the ground floor had an outside patio that added space to the very small room.

The room, bathroom and overall impression of Johanna Park is not comparable with other four star accommodation we stayed in while in Italy. The toilet seat and hair dryer in the bathroom was broken. The paint in the room and outside the room was flaking and needed attention.

loved the peaceful location, stunning views, and friendly staff. The on-site restaurant and shuttle service to Sorrento were convenient bonuses. it exceeded my expectations, especially after a previous stay in busy Sorrento.

I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful and quiet atmosphere at Johanna Park. Being located up on a hill provided stunning views of the Bay of Naples, and the lack of entertainment meant I could truly relax and enjoy the tranquility. The staff, especially Giuseppe the waiter, were incredibly attentive and accommodating. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, and they even went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions. The shuttle bus service was a great convenience for getting to and from the town. I also appreciated the easy parking at the hotel. my stay at Johanna Park was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

Friendly waiter, bartender, staff. My daughter was able to play with a staff member's child which was a big plus. Free wi-fi, the lobby was comfortable, welcoming, elegant. Nice to have a pool, albeit small and cold!

Unique and perfectly clean hotel, unbelievable views of the bay of Naples and Vesuvius...

For the price we paid, we got amazing value - the room was spacious, comfortable and elegantly decorated in true Italian style. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the sea and coast. The staff treated us like family, always friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast options could be improved with a wider variety of choices.
