I had a great value for my money at the Intercontinental in Mauritius. The room was lovely and I really enjoyed the unique layout. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of the sunset. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. Special shoutout to Vimla and the Pastry Chef/Manager.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the west coast of Mauritius. The location in the ocean was stunning, with sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The hotel facilities were impeccable, with clean and well-maintained amenities, including ample parking. The hotel offered transportation to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with an impressive selection of fresh juices, cheeses, and salad bar options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful resort in Mauritius. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the beach and sea from the Segala dining area. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities such as the infinity pools and the boathouse activities.

The only negative aspect was the cost of the dinner buffet, which was a bit pricey.

The hotel had beautiful views and everything was clean and tidy. The staff, such as Julian, Elodie, Yogesh, Pooja, and Linda. The food at the Senso Buffet, Noble House, Veda, and Segala was amazing and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The housekeeping kept the rooms clean and stocked with necessary items. The staff at the pool and beach were friendly and always ready to help. The girls at the kids club, Brenda, Ashnee, Elodie, and Nadia, were knowledgeable and introduced guests to Mauritian culture and dance.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms were slightly outdated, but still clean and comfortable.

My recent stay at this hotel was an exquisite experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with excellent service and hospitality. The luxurious amenities, including the Spa & wellness center, outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were beyond satisfactory. The treatments available, such as the full body massage and beauty treatments were of the highest quality. Additionally, the restaurant provided the most delicious meals with a diverse menu including poolside snack bar and outdoor dining area. The location advantages of this hotel was also remarkable - the beach access and infinity pools were stunning.

Despite the amazing stay, there was one minor issue I encountered. Although the staff were friendly and attentive, there were times where my needs were not promptly met.

Had a great time during our Christmas stay! Two complementary facts were offered and they were awesome! The hotel is situated in a picturesque spot, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. We loved the variety of delicious food available. The service was excellent, especially at the restaurants.

We didn't like the fact that the bar shuts so early. We wished it could have stayed open a little longer.

The staff provided top-notch service at every turn, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The location, with access to the beach and stunning views of the Indian ocean, was absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved our in-room breakfast and dining at the on-site restaurants, where we enjoyed delicious cuisine and excellent service.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the night club, as it was quite noisy during the early hours of the morning. However, this was a small inconvenience that did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a blast! The beach was stunning and the water was crystal clear. The restaurants offered a great variety of food and drinks, and we especially enjoyed the local cuisine. The location was also perfect, easily accessible to nearby attractions. The spa was a real treat, and the massage was relaxing and rejuvenating.

Our room was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait for a while. The staff also seemed a bit disorganized and unresponsive at times. There was also some noise from nearby construction during the day, which was a bit disruptive. however, we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.
