Satisfactory breakfast selection with free wifi and great view, as for instance served in the restaurant. Handy magnificent location, close to everything. Also - close to the center of the Thamel as well as Kathmandu.

The hotel was well priced and nicely appointed and in a very central location close enough to the city center and the centre of Thamel. I was there for 1 night and ate at rooftop restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Well laid out and extremely pleasant room, a shower, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets in the room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and good service. Particularly good location, fairly quiet area, just next door to Chitwan safari and the center of the Thamel and all shops.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was a big plus. The location was also perfect, with shops and convenience stores nearby. Despite a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

appreciated my good stay during the winter time. the location in a safe area was magnificent and there were a shopping area and a central market nearby. plus it was 5 mins drive from kamaladi pokhari.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Thamel, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars within a 5-minute walk. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I particularly appreciated the triple room upgrade at no extra charge. The presence of water bottles in the room, along with the option of having a TV and fridge, added an extra level of convenience.

The staff, especially Dhan and his team, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided us with valuable advice and tips to make the most of our trip in Nepal. The hotel's rooftop was amazing for relaxing and enjoying breakfast. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and had private bathrooms. Family Home exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and price. We highly recommend it!
