Good service, helpful staff, no reason to complain. Hotel was placed adjacent to such tourist sites as sara braun palace. Free Wi Fi was a bonus.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with a lost luggage issue. They were able to resolve the problem and ensure that I had everything I needed for my trip. The owner, Miroslava, was especially attentive and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful residential area, yet still close to the center of town. The staff was accommodating and friendly, giving useful recommendations for dining and shopping. The breakfast area was bright and comfortable, with ample natural light. The hotel facilities enfolded convenient parking and reliable transportation.

Great value for money! The hotel was very clean and nice for its price, located near a lot of restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was basic but good. The staff spoke English very well and were always friendly, making us feel at home. We also enjoyed the fact that we could store our luggage after checking out.

The bathroom was a bit small and the walls were thin. We had some noisy neighbors that made it difficult to sleep at times.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Punta Arenas and I must say I had a great stay. The staff was really friendly and gave me great recommendations for nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the town center, and yet situated in a quiet residential area. The breakfast was really good too - it was served on the second floor in a nice sunny room with comfortable seating. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.
