The rooms are clean, spacious, and provided with hot water in the en-suite bathrooms. The view from the rooftop was amazing, with stunning mountain ranges on one side. The hotel location was a plus, situated within walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants. The comfort of the rooms and friendliness of the staff made it an enjoyable stay.

The lack of hot water during our stay was a major issue. There were also stairs to climb and no lift, which could be a challenge for some guests carrying heavy luggage.

Stayed over Easter and the weather was amazing, great for exploring the area. The rooftop view in the morning was spectacular and the staff's help in finding local restaurants was really appreciated. the cleanliness of the room was spot on and they offered morning tea to your room.

The staff were quite unprofessional and didn't have much knowledge of the area, resulting in not being able to give recommendations, which was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was quite small and the shower wasn't functioning very well, making it difficult to fully enjoy the stay.
