Beach of the Hotel seems to be the best in all Hammamet

We enjoyed the variety of delicious food and friendly, helpful staff at this hotel. Cleanliness was also top-notch, especially at the private beach club that was just a short walk away. Although located away from central attractions, this hotel's facilities were diverse and included a spa, gym, and two swimming pools.

No fitness center access, small bathroom, isolation from central area, no swimming in the sea.

the noise level coming from rooms next door and the corridor was disturbing and did not allow a relaxing nights sleep.

The room was a disappointment with a bad view and uncomfortable bed. the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.

We were on last flour , AC not working and room was very hot , the corridors to the rooms on top flour were so smelly ... once told the staff about the room A/C, they just said it should be working !! and no action ! The front door claims that the hotel is 5 star, but I give it a 2.5 to 3 start hotel max ! The entrace / loby is nice and appealing , the food was not bad also.

Food quality was very poor, unendible in many cases. Service was poor...no one answers phones (E.G. housekeeping and room service).

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and sun terrace provided the perfect relaxing environment. The professional service was impeccable and the massage I received was among the best I've ever had. The restaurant had a wide variety of delicious options, including special diet menus, and the in-room breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas, which made it difficult to find shade during peak hours. But overall, this hotel offered a top-notch experience that fulfilled all my luxurious needs.

Enjoyed my stay there, but again, I'm not very picky when it comes to Hotels.

Overall the stay was ok , The rooms are quite large but the bathroom / shower need renovation , The food at the buffet was not very pleasing the amount and variety weren’t much nor that tasty .

The hotel is located on a slope near the restaurant. The service is good in the restaurant. Breakfast is nice, and staff at the front desk are professional and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, with good facilities and pleasant views.

There could be some improvements to the hotel's swimming options.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautifully designed complex in Tunisia. The breakfast provided was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious hot and cold options. The staff were very attentive and made sure I felt well taken care of. The security at the hotel was tight, providing a safe and secure environment. The complex also had a private beach club, which was an exciting discovery. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was fantastic. From the beautifully decorated common areas to the spacious rooms with balconies, everything was well-maintained and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests.

I couldn't find any aspect that needed improvement.
