Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was great! Loved the cozy atmosphere and the festive decor. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, within walking distance to public transportation and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in our room.

The gym could use some updating with more modern equipment. The room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom.

Clean, tidy hotel within the city walls. Good variety of well prepared food in the buffet breakfast.

it wa very central for the town center and most attractions it was a good base for day trips

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.The bell man even made sure we got on the right bus.

The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to the metro system. It made it extremely easy to explore the city and reach the center within 10 minutes. This was especially convenient considering the language barrier I faced in this city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was also impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

Perfect hotel, just inside the citywalls. Nice simmingpool and the times we were there there was nobody in the pool, very relax. Good breakfast.

It is possible to walk to the center but this is quit a walk. Maybe better to take a taxi.

The room was a comfortable size room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. The view out our window had a good view of the city. It was a comfortable stay.

Their was a strong foul smell coming from the bathroom which was unpleasant. This could be due to the drainage and not actually the uncleanliness of the the bathroom. The pillows were too high and this did give me a sore neck from sleeping on. Also the location was a bit too far from the main attractions.

Upon arrival, the check-in process was fast and efficient. The staff at the reception were welcoming and made me feel at home right away. The room I was allocated was comfortable and well-appointed, with a great view. The hotel's restaurant was impressive, with a helpful and friendly staff who ensured a delightful dining experience. The hotel staff also provided useful recommendations for nearby tourist sites, which was particularly helpful as a solo traveler.

The wifi in the hotel was painfully slow, making it difficult to use. The food at the restaurant was not up to par, with everything tasting the same and possibly cooked in the same oil.
