I really liked staying at this place. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the very centre of the city. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and I had easy access to everything I needed. The service was excellent, with friendly staff available at the reception 24/7. The room amenities were great, with a comfortable sitting area and all the necessary toiletries provided. It was also nice to have an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV in the room. The hotel had a lovely dining area where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. the staff was attentive and made my stay here very enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Attentive staff, cleanliness in the room and other places of the hotel, proximity to the center (including, commercial:), to the sights. Comfortable bed: bed blanket, pillow.
Room windows do not open, no minibar, no tea making facilities

Tukay Square subway station is 100 ft away. Hotel's in front of main attractions like Marcani Mosque. Misterpho is just walking distance from the property.

The Staff are good and many speak English
The building is underserviced with lifts, always depend on a 10 minute wait for a lift. Cable Inetnet to room is rediculiously expensive. A one hour Russian Language lesson on Skype cost me the same as the room for a night, just for the download costs they charge.

Cleanliness in the bathroom, delicious breakfast. Location of the hotel.
Bad soundproofing.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel which had clean rooms and good hotel facilities such as a gym and sauna included in the price. It also had a nice breakfast and friendly staff. Moreover, this hotel is located in the very city centre, down the pedestrian shopping street and it is connected to a shopping centre which was very convenient.
Nothing it was perfect.

The entrance being hidden was fun and added to our adventure. The hotel lobby was modern and the 24-hour bar offered good food and drinks at reasonable prices. The spacious rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The panoramic views were a great bonus and the location was perfect for easy access to shopping and city attractions.
The wifi in the rooms was not the best and we had to pay for it. The front desk staff didn't speak much English which made communication a little tough.

The staff is not trained in a proper way. Security guards are standing with stone faces; no staff at reception desk (you should use a special bell to call them - nonsence!!!). Nice people are working at fitness club.
Attitude of staff to its guests.

Spacious rooms, clean and new, free underground parking, decent breakfast. Free Wi-fi in the lobby
The "spa zone" is a crap - small sauna where you are not allowed to pour water, non-working hamam with bad smell. The water in a hot tube is not clean.

The hotel provided clean and spacious rooms that were perfect for my business trip. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory with a decent selection of items. the hotel's location made it very convenient to access the nearby shopping mall and other important facilities.
