During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful grounds and cozy feel of the hotel. The biosphere pool was enjoyable, clean, and well-kept throughout the day. The restaurant offered some reasonably priced options; especially the outdoor setting was lovely, and the food portions were generous.

Chaotic check-in process with long lines and lack of crowd control.

Good location with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. Room was adequately spacious and free Wi-Fi was a plus. The lobby area was well decorated and provided a welcoming atmosphere.
The room was dirty with stained carpets and old furniture. It was clear that housekeeping had not properly cleaned in a while.
