Appreciated spending my time in this fairly clean secure hotel. The staff was exceptionally attentive, provided a very early check-in and a late check-out. The breakfast was amazing with great touches like hot flatbreads straight from the oven; the location was magnificent. It was 15 mins drive to the airport. My stay here was really good.

My room was spotless with a decent view over the bustling modern Amman skyline. The location was particularly good and the free parking was on-site.

The staff there were helpful and amazingly attentive. Booked superior king room with a mini bar, climate control and a personal safe. A bath in the large bathroom was super awesome.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and we could park on site. The hotel was in the best possible location, the on going refurbishment oft he bedrooms.

Loved this secured hotel: delicious food and welcoming and very polite staff. The breakfast was outstanding with a lot of food, everybody can choose. Location: the property was really close to the Olea Restaurant AND the Five as well as restaurants/coffee shop. You can find Crystal not very far from the hotel to a have lunch.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and attractions in the city. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bathroom was luxurious and had all the amenities we needed. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff catering to all our needs. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the unique experience of dining in the back kitchen, with multiple serving stations and a fascinating atmosphere.

The only downside was the ongoing refurbishment of the bedrooms, which caused some noise and inconvenience during our stay.

The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly and helpful. The coffee was very good and the breakfast buffet very rich.

The outdoor swimming pool was still out of order
