The location is great with easy access to Ashford Avenue. A market and nice stores are conveniently located right next door. The bathroom is exceptionally clean. The room is spacious and well air-conditioned.

The rooms are exceptionally nice and have absolutely gorgeous views of the beach. The hotel offers an awesome and pleasant location near the beach, shops, eateries, as well as great nightlife and restaurants.

The bed was very comfy and the room was modern and functional. The service was good, including a great breakfast with french toast and juices. The location was favorable, right at the center of Condado. We walked everywhere and even enjoyed a meal at amare Restaurant just a short distance from the hotel.

Our room was clean and had a great view of the lagoon from the balcony. Plus, we could set up a wake-up call if we needed one! ⏰

The breakfast here is decent, and you can't beat the awesome location right by the beach 🏖️. It's super convenient being close to restaurants too. The staff is really nice, no complaints at all.

The hotel is situated in a nice area close to nice restaurants and within walking distance of downtown restaurants and Walgreen's. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The location is convenient, as it is close to everything we chose to do. The hotel also offers beach loungers and an umbrella service, adding to the enjoyment of our stay.

One negative aspect is that the parking is limited and comes with a fee, which can be inconvenient for guests.

The team here is incredibly friendly and respectful. They even offer free wake-up calls and ironing services. 🌞

The restaurant was great with bar, we ordered excellent dishes. The service was excellent and the location was stunning. All of the staff was affable and helpful.

The location was favourable for San Juan, really close to Rain Forest, restaurants, stores and beach, and Plaza Las Americas. The staff were superfriendly and knew the area. The room was new-fashioned, well-designed and with a comfy bed.
