Breakfast selection was poor for people that have dietary needs. Specifically, gluten free breakfast choice would be nice. It shouldn't increase the cost. There are gluten free breakfast cereals, which could be given to clients that request them. Larry

Rooms Clean

Unfortunately we had to be moved to another room after about 4 hours. We had arrived shortly after midday on a long haul flight, tried to get a bit of sleep. The room next to us became very noisey, we could hear a group of young men talking about getting wasted that night. We contacted the reception and she said that she had thought she might have trouble from from the group as they were oil rig workers come to town for the weekend. There statrted to be a strong smell of dope being smoked so we moved. We were eventually given a discount of $60 for the two nights.

Good place, not too expensive, easy to find. Very good location if travelling by plane (close to airport witout noise)

The hotel was in a decent area, short walk to the c-train making everything accessable. Has a very nice outdoor heated pool!

The front desk staff didn't always seem like they wanted to help, spent some time waiting to speak with them while they were on the phone 'with management'.

The rates were reasonable, considering it was Stampede Week. Good bed, clean bathroom. Older, but very servicable. In favorable location for us. Pleasant staff.

Motels in general don't have very good lighting for putting on makeup, by the sink,and no exception here. Other lighting in the room was no help either.

Nothing, extremely poor hotel, front desk ignored me and answered the phone for 15 minutes same with checking out.

Too much, have you ever has the contentail breakfast from there yet? I guess with out wasting my time . Just stay there once try rm 347 , enjoy

This hotel was a great value for the money.

While mostly clean, there were a couple of hairs in the bathtub.

10 minute walk to Banff Trail C-Train (Public transportation) Station which is only 20 minute ride to Calgary Stampede. Nick's Restaurant (Good food & service) is only 1 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) away.

Nothing good except the young ladies on the front desk.

This hotel was extremely disappointing based on the description from Booking .com. If we hadn't made the reservation already we would have stayed elsewhere. Complete dump! Desperately in need of renovations... Actually tear it down and start from scratch, it is that bad. Also very noisey and very close to a busy street. Not only would I not recommend this hotel, I would tell people to avoid it completely.

comfortable bed for sleep, and good location for easy travel on Hwy 1. also located close to restaurant and had morning coffee and breakfast available.

could be cleaner and bathroom could be updated. there was some garbage left in room from previous person likely by mistake but otherwise was clean. staff were helpful

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was fine.

The breakfast. No room to sit down. We had to take it back to our room. (It's a motel, so that means carrying it outside in the cold!!) No toast!! Minimal quality.

no hot water. Renovation done early in the morning without being notifed,when booking. Linen not changed during our stay.
