Most expensive hotel - except Georges V in Paris. No fridge, no bar, no kettle, no hairdryer, etc., etc. ALL the hotels I stayed in above between 4-16 Nov 2014 had more facilities than Hotel 101. All included breakfast, etc. Hoel 101 ws recommended to me by my son's friend... who did not then stay there for my son's wedding.

Location was fantastic, beds were large and very comfy

No tea making facilities, only one chair for two people and no table to eat room service at!

The hotel is conveniently located right across from bus stop 6, making it easy to access different tours and explore the city. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived early, and they allowed us to check in before noon, which gave us time...  

Location is excellent, walking distance of the main shopping street. The rooms decoration very stylish, all in black and white. Big bath tub in the middle of the room. Nice room for breakfast, with glass ceiling.

Toilets in the room, just closed by a glass door. No room for toiletries. Very design but not convenient. The view on the other rooms and the glass ceiling of the restaurant.

Our weekend stay was fantastic! The hotel was in a great location, close to all the popular spots in the area. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi which was a lifesaver. The staff were friendly and always helpful. Best of all, the room was well-appointed with comfortable furnishings.

The room was a bit small, but it was still cozy. The heating system also took some time to get used to, as it cycled between hot and cold temperatures.

The location was perfect, right in the center of everything, with all the attractions, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The design of the hotel was beautiful, with stylish and modern rooms that were a true introduction to Icelandic chic. The facilities were top-notch, with a nice bar and excellent bar staff. We also appreciated the great transport and communication links available. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious hotel in the heart of everything. The location couldn't have been more perfect, with all the attractions, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The room was truly a haven of comfort and style, with a spacious king-sized bed and a well-designed open closet area. The bathroom was simply opulent, with a beautiful claw foot tub and all the amenities I could ask for. Plus, the view of the nearby concert hall from my suite was breathtaking. This place is a must-stay for anyone visiting this vibrant city.

Friendly staff, great location in city center, and complementary drinks in lobby are the only positives of this hotel.

The room was tiny with an uncomfortable bed, the bathroom set-up was odd, and there was no breakfast included. Construction outside made it difficult to find and park at the hotel.
